Glam, silent & very spacious (90m2) apartment located between Las Canteras beach and Mesa y López Av., The modern shopping area of LPA, close to anywhere you need: bars, restaurants, pharmacies, dry cleaners, auobuses station, etc.
The apartment is very nicely decorated and impregnated with modernity. The kitchen is very well equipped with high-end appliances Bosch (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher)

The accommodation was extremely good. We stayed there for easy access to the hospital where my husband was receiving treatment and it was very easy for the bus route.
Cristina was very helpful to us and couldn't have done more to help with supplying any information that we required.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut. Allerdings war die Geruchsbelästigung im Bad durch veraltete Rohre nicht sehr angenehm. Auch wäre es gut gewesen zu wissen, dass die Wohnung direkt am Plaza Farray liegt, der zumindest am Wochenende ein beliebter Treffpunkt junger Leute mit entsprechender Lautstärke und Musikberieselung verbunden ist.
Nicht in Ordnung finde ich, dass das Apartment mit Parkplatz ausgeschrieben ist. Nachdem wir der Besitzerin mitgeteilt hatten, dass wir mit dem Auto kommen, hat sie uns freundlicherweise einen Parkplatz im Parkhaus reserviert, für den wir dann 53,50 Euro bezahlen mussten. Es wäre fair, solche Zusatzkosten im Angebot zu erwähnen.
