Het uitzicht vanaf de woonkamer en grote slaapkamer. Net een schilderij! Ook leuk ruim huis! Hele leuke indeling, en gezellig. Mooi en lekker zwembad. Dat ligt ook stukje verderop. Echt een heerlijk bed in de grote slaapkamer! Aardige host,goede communicatie.

Het tuintje dat ligt niet aan het huis vast. Je moet naar beneden lopen ,straatje oversteken,en dan weer trap op naar het tuintje. Daardoor eet je dus wat minder snel buiten,omdat dat te omslachtig is. Een gezellig tuintje is het wel met allemaal kruiden en planten(in aanplant). Je hebt daar ook niet het uitzicht . Tuinmeubilair ziet er wel gezellig uit,maar is niet heel comfortabel om poos op te zitten.

La grande piscine. Le calme et la vue sur la campagne. L’accessibilité des villes de San Gimignano (15min) et de sienne (35 min) assez rapidement depuis l’appartement. Le chemin ne comporte que 200 m de route non carrossée et est facilement accessible en voiture. Bon accueil de notre hôte.

Cela a déjà été indiqué dans d’autres commentaires : l’appellation de maisonnette est excessive. Il s’agit bien d’un appartement dans une grosse bâtisse qui abrite plusieurs appartement. Celui-ci est à l’étage.

The property is located in amazing place surrounded by the wine yards and with towers of San Gimignano visible at the horizon. The appartement is very clean and comfortable to stay. The host is very friendly and helpful with advises about local restaurants.
