Amber - Coralli Beachfront Apartment

We love the property normally but there were 2 broken chairs, nothing to put in the oven to cook with, one of the showers didn’t work properly, we couldn’t get on the WiFi, fortunately I called George and he sorted everything out for us. We were very disappointed with the cleaner she messed up the towels, she did not leave us any kitchen roll or tea towels, or top up the toilet rolls the 2nd time, the 2nd time she came she didn’t leave us any towels at all, I had to call George and she brought two bath towels and two pillow cases, no bath mats, we gave up there I did not to call George yet again, then the door handle on the 2nd bathroom fell off but we couldn’t be bothered anymore. The place needed checking before we arrived. Wasn’t the best. Put us off a bit. Apart from all of that it was a good holiday.

All the messing about having to report things that were broken and missing .

Krasny a prostorný apartmán s terasou,s dvěmi koupelnami, bazénem , 100 m od uzasne zátoky a promenady, kousek od Fig tree Beach. Skvely personál - Georg ( 24/7 na whatsapp ),který zařídil vše , co jsme potřebovali.Naprostá spokojenost :)

Dojem z krásného apartmánu kazí dle meho názoru zbytecne maličkosti - v trezoru vytekle baterie , byl sice k němu klic, ale uvnitr výpadle vytekle baterie . Pokoj by chtělo vymalovat a poopravit zdi. V ložnici chyběl jeden kryt lampy,odloupla lišta desky konferenčního stolku … proste úplné maličkosti,ktere kazi první dojem z opravdu hezkého apartmánu . Je mozne, ze pokoj nyní po sezóně projde údržbou , my jsme byli ubytováni ke konci sezona - na začátku listopadu .
