The Coach House is a fabulous jewel in a simply gorgeous setting. Lovely walk from the door to Frensham Little Pond. Easy instructions and bonus breakfast treats. Thank you Fran.

A beautiful space, incredibly peaceful. We especially liked:
- Fran, the host was always friendly and available
- the large soft bed. Probably the most comfortable either of us have ever slept in
- the outside seating area, which was gorgeous and comfortable
- the incredible walks on either side of the Coach House
- the stay was exceptional value for money compared to other places we have booked
- incredible places to eat, very nearby. Our best meals were at Bel & the Dragon, and Spotted Cow

I needed a last minute place to stay and was so lucky to have found Claremont Coach House.
The owner could not have been more welcoming and helpful.
The kitchen is well stocked, the shower is excellent and the bed extremely comfortable. I had a wonderful night’s sleep. The property is very clean and very cool in this heatwave.
The delightful courtyard was a lovely place to sit for my morning coffee.
I will definitely be booking back in.

The location was excellent, good for local.walks and not far drive to Farnham. Great communication from the host and nice little extras on arrival, we loved the cake! Lovely space to sit outside which was nicely laid out too. Room to park. Shower was excellent. Nicely decorated.
Unfortubately the cottage needs a more thorough clean, some carpeted areas needed more hoovering. The kitchen needed more of a wipe down as did the toilet in the bathroom. Dusting more as lots of cobwebs, we understand it is an old property but more regular attention may be required. We encountered lots of spiders!
