Brilliant location, Icod is a real gem of a town. the apartment is perfect for a couple and is very comfortable, it felt like home for us.
some of the fixtures are loose and need repairing some areas could do with a touch up with paint to be perfect. but nothing really problematic.

Отличное расположение: рядом магазины, кафе и удобная парковка, отличный вид из окна. Район спокойный и приятный для прогулок.
Квартира немного уставшая: мебель и полки скрипят, местами отходит краска. Уборка была, но скорее поверхностная - в некоторых местах оставалась пыль, а часть полотенец имела пятна. Диван в зале выглядел не очень чисто. В шкафу чувствовался неприятный запах, сушилка и зеркало в ванной уже требуют обновления. На фото в объявлении квартира выглядела лучше - некоторых деталей не хватало.
