Luxury new villa on mountainside with private swimming pool & garden

Lovely villa, tucked away with amazing views. Lovely private pool, spacious villa, with everything you need while on holiday. If you want a peaceful getaway then this is perfect. You are a short walk into the local village which has a shop, restaurants and bar, and you are only a 30 minute drive to Paphos or Coral Bay. Lovely hosts, very warm, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The villa was lovely. Very clean & well equipped. Loved the cars that visited daily. The village is beautiful & we are at 5 different restaurants around the village area. Prices are very good & food was great. Portions are large with free bread/salad. Will definitely be back!

Lovely villa and pool. Perfect location within walking distance to village. The host was fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us! Will we be back? Definitely!

From the opening communications with the property owner to the last day and saying goodbye everything was excellent. The owners are on hand if there are any questions, say hello when we saw each other but leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. The accommodation was excellent, clean, tidy with plenty of space and loads of room. The holiday was so peaceful and Kathikas is a very special place. We were there for the charity walk and joined around forty other people for the 12km walk and saw lots of places we had not seen before. We would highly recommend the property and we cannot wait to book again.Thank you so much for a truly amazing holiday.
