Here you will occupy a half of a two-family house in a beautiful panoramic position, about 1 km from Montopoli di Sabina and only 50 km from Rome. The stylish vacation home is surrounded by greenery and offers views of the surrounding valley. In addition to a beautiful green area, guests have access to an inviting pool and a tennis court, which are shared only with the owners, who live in the other half of the house. The vacation accommodation is ideal for a relaxing vacation and good starting point to visit the northern part of the Lazio region and the towns of Rieti (45 km), Terni (70 km) or Lake Bracciano (70 km).

This was the best holiday home we have ever stayed in in Italy. Large and beautiful garden which was very well kept, crystal clear pool and a stunning view. Kitchen and laundry are equipped with all necessities. The only drawback we can think of is the weak wi-fi as it only reached certain parts of the house, but maybe that’s what’s best for a holiday. We also thought that a private tennis court was a great bonus. Special thanks to our hosts Daniela and Maurizio. They where always around to help. We will certainly come back.
