About this house rental
This comfortable holiday home is located in the beautiful Bungalow Park de Wielen in Sint Maarten. This resort is named after the two lakes that were created in ancient times, where you can fish and where a beautiful hiking trail has been built. Sint Maarten is close to the cosy town of Schagen, where you can sit outside in the pubs, and is also within easy reach of Amsterdam (60 km). The holiday home is 5 km from the beach. The bungalow has a beautiful garden with dunes and sunbathing area. Through the sliding doors you enter the sunny south-facing terrace. The holiday home has its own parking space for 2 cars. On the ground floor is the spacious living room with cosy fireplace and separate kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and small oven is ideal for cooking small meals. The bathroom has a toilet, bath and shower. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided in the storage room.
The top floor consists of 3 bedrooms and a second toilet. Both the spacious master bedroom with uninterrupted views and the second bedroom are furnished with a double bed. The third bedroom has two single beds.
The holiday park offers bicycles, a beautiful playground, football pitch, basketball, fishing and an outdoor swimming pool (open depending on the season) with children's pool, the facilities are free of charge during your stay. In short, come and enjoy your holiday in this beautiful bungalow in North Holland.

Die Lage an sich ist sehr schön, es ist ruhig und eine herrliche Umgebung was die Natur angeht. Leider gibt es aber weit und breit keine Geschäfte bzw. einen Bäcker oder ähnliches. Ohne Fahrrad oder Auto kommt man hier nicht weit. Fahrräder kann man im Park nur telefonisch bestellen und liefern lassen, weswegen wir uns dagegen entschieden da wir die Räder vorher anschauen möchten. Neben dem Ferienhaus stehen direkt einige Camper vom Campingplatz was uns nicht gestört hat, allerdings wurde einmal die Nachtruhe nicht eingehalten und auf dem Campingplatz eine Party mit lauter Musik und Gesang abgehalten. Fanden wir aber auch okay, da die restlichen Tage alles ruhig war.
Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Terrasse und der Garten mit den angelegten Dünen bringen ein schönes Urlaubsgefühl. Allerdings war es bei Ankunft nicht so sauber wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Die Laken auf den Betten waren nicht frisch aber da kamen ja dann unsere eigenen drüber, also ging es somit, es gab etliche Spinnen und Mücken, wo wir für unsere Kinder erstmal beschäftigt waren diese zu entfernen und hinter und unter der Couch war auch sehr viel Dreck. Die Badewanne war auch mittelmäßig geputzt und ein Duschvorhang wäre hier sehr wünschenswert, das kann man bestimmt einrichten.
Wir hätten uns auch ein kleines Infoblatt auf dem Tisch zum Beispiel gewünscht, z.b. wo man Brötchen bekommt, wie das mit den Fahrrädern aussieht etc.
Alles in allem hatten wir dennoch einen super Urlaub, empfehlenswert ist es mit dem Auto nach Callantsoog zu fahren dort ist der Weg zum Strand nicht weit und der Parkplatz kostenlos. Toller Strand, ein paar Geschäfte und nette Leute :)
