The family-friendly holiday home has a quiet, sunny south-west terrace. On the ground floor you will find a friendly living / dining room with fitted kitchen and fireplace, as well as a shower room with toilet. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a separate toilet. The holiday park on the outskirts of Sint Maarten offers a swimming pool, a playground with trampolines, a basketball court, a soccer field and a fishing lake. The terrace is sheltered from the wind towards the southwest, an ideal place for undisturbed relaxation.
Digital HD TV on a 40 'Samsung flat screen TV. With satellite reception
In autumn 2015 the lower floor was completely renovated and a modern kitchen with dishwasher and oven was installed. In spring 2018 we renovated the upper floor and replaced the beds in the master bedroom and installed a cupboard across the entire width of the room.
Special features: There is a large garden. The distance to the beach is approx. 5 km and can also be mastered by bike for children.
In order to meet the needs of allergy sufferers, we equipped our house with tiles and laminate and did not use carpets and curtains in the bedrooms. There are blinds on the bedroom windows that allow blackout.
Bringing pets is unfortunately not allowed out of consideration for our guests with allergies.

Fijn huis op rustig park. Omdat het erg mooi weer was, ook van het zwembad gebruik gemaakt. Afstand naar strand is prima te doen. Zelfs in vakantieperiode niet te druk.

Wir mussten lange nach einem passenden Ferienhaus suchen, denn wir mussten zwei Babybetten unterbringen und bei denn meisten typischen Bungalowparks in Holland sind die Schlafzimmer so klein, dass kein Babybett hinein gepasst hätte. Hier boten die Schlafzimmer aber ausreichend Platz und es waren zudem noch (teils große) Schränke vorhanden.
Alles war gemütlich eingerichtet und auch der Esstisch bot Platz für 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder.
Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen. Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung, die Schlüsselübergabe, die Ausstattung etc. ließen nichts an Wünschen offen. Vielen Dank!

De woning is praktisch en ruim. Ook bij slecht weer is het er aangenaam toeven. De kleinkinderen hebben genoten van de tuin en natuurlijk ook van het strand, de speeltuin en de wandelingen door de duinen.
Een advies: zorgen dat op de televisie ook Nederlandse kanalen makkelijk te bekijken zijn.
