Motel Atos ADULTS ONLY

Localização boa, café da manhã também.

Pedimos um vinho que nem chegamos a encostar, estava fechado e lacrado dentro do balde, do jeito que veio. Não consumimos e, mesmo assim, não pudemos devolver ao estabelecimento. O ar condicionado é muito antigo e deixa um vento forte no quarto.

Fiz reserva para as 10:00h da manhã, mas o sistema na entrada apontou que a entrada seria somente somente as 14:00h. consegui acesso para as 10:00h por 04 horas de permanência ficando então a perspectiva de que o motel cancelaria a reserva anteriormente feita.

Tive um probleminha de barulho excessivo do quarto ao lado, mandei uma mensagem via whatsapp e fui prontamente respondida com muita atenção e solução ao caso. No check out a gerência veio se desculpar. Essa atenção ao cliente é essencial, com certeza recomendo e voltaria. Limpeza impecável, conforto das camas muito bom e um cafezinho simples, mas bem fresquinho. Tive que fazer check in e ir para um compromisso, depois voltei e tudo super tranquilo, mesmo sendo motel.

Nada que não foi solucionado.

So what we didn't noticed when we booked is that this is a sex hotel. We thought (naïvely) that this was just a relaxed, no shouting kids kind of hotel. Because they want to maintain (the idea of) anonimity, the receptionist is behind a blinded window. Parking is secure and below your appartement. Ours stank from somebody smoking, but they quickly changed the room. Everything looked clean at first glance, but certain spots like walls and doors were not very clean. The bed was nice, but pillows were very hard.

Breakfast was very small and not enough. We told them we were big eaters the day before, but still. Nobody speaks English, so it's hard to communicate via the phone (which is the only way because of the 'anonimity'. Everything is wrapped in plastic. Sheets, towels, soap, tooth paste etc. Even breakfast came mostly in plastic things. It must give the sense of hygiene, but we think it's a waste and not environmental friendly..
