Perfect! Very friendly host, Comfortable room, comfortable shower. It is a very calm and quiet neighborhood.

Da localização, próximo ao metrô e padarias, mercado, localidade segura.👍
Gostei também de ter roupa de cama e banho.
É bem básico (não tem tv) sem muito conforto, mas tem o mínimo suficiente para um local para banho e dormir.
Se for uma estadia curta, e você não for muito exigente, recomendo.
A manutenção e limpeza pode melhorar, como tenho renite, sou sensível ao pó e mofo.🥲 Isso me judiou um pouco.
Quanto a manutenção me refiro a rasgos na roupa de cama e banho, paredes e chão deteriorados, suporte de cortina quebrado...
Quanto à limpeza que deixou a desejar, me refiro aos tapetes sem higienização, ventilador empoeirado e vidros sujos.
