Tirando o momento da recepção com muita demora o resto foi tudo ok!

Na hora da recepção, achei a funcionária que me recebeu(Valéria),insegura e confusa para aquela atividade. A mesma chegou a pedir meus documentos quatro vezes, fazendo eu perder muito tempo na recepção. Talvez com um melhor treinamento, possa melhorar nesse sentido.

The location is great! It’s a safe, 10-minute walk to a metro station, along roads filled with designer women’s clothing boutiques and nice cafes. We arrived on Saturday night and found the area to be heaving with party-goers and bars. The weekdays were more placid. The bed was comfortable and shower was hot and powerful. The ceiling fan was good, although the remote was a bit temperamental and could use fresh batteries. Wifi was perfect and incredibly fast. The staff were kind and welcoming, the building felt secure and it felt like a good base to explore São Paulo.

As others have noted, the room was incredibly small - perhaps too small for what it’s advertised as. We struggled to manoeuvre around our backpacks which were wedged down the foot of the bed, which made changing and packing quite cumbersome. Our room was also located between the reception, where people congregated to talk, the bathroom, and the kitchen, which people would use until well after midnight. I got woken up by a slamming microwave two nights out of our four. Perhaps some more strictly enforced quiet times, especially on weeknights, would be beneficial. The shared bathroom was maybe not the cleanest - it was one that, even after having just been cleaned, didn’t look particularly clean. There’s no real ventilation and it was always damp, and steamy in there. The bedroom is also quite damp-feeling, and there’s only a few hooks to hang towels which then don’t dry at all and get very stinky.

O atendimento e rápido e prático.

A localização pois no horário que entro e meio perigoso.

A localização é muito boa, fica perto de vários comércios, restaurantes. O anfitrião foi simpático também.

O quarto passava a impressão de que não estava totalmente limpo (havia mofo na parede), estava faltando toalhas no banheiro (mas depois de pedir eles trouxeram) e não conseguimos ajuda para separar as camas (era uma de casal e precisávamos de 2 camas de solteiro).
