One of the most beautiful apartments we have ever stayed in! Perfect location, exceptional and unique interior, and a very kind and friendly host. We absolutely loved our stay!

The accommodation is breathtakingly beautiful, the view is even better if that’s at all possible. The host was very hospitable and despite the language barrier gave us lots of suggestions and advice on what to do while in Modica.

I’ve lived, studied, worked and traveled back and forth to Italy from Sicily to Venice for 40 years and this stay was exceptional. Beautiful and historic property that’s been updated thoughtfully and with tremendous quality. Spacious, clean, great (and whisper quiet) air conditioning, and perfect location next to the Duomo. Breakfast is an extra 5 Euros at Caffè del Duomo. Do it. Absolutely charming! When we return to Modica we won’t bother to look elsewhere. We will stay here again in a heartbeat. Grazie Emanuele for being a great host!
