Excellent location, you can see the beach from the balcony. The property is clean, spacious and equipped with what you need during your stay. The hosts are very welcoming and caring.

Comfortable apartment, size of the rooms is good, great balcony with sea /mountain view, very close to the sea, you got almost everything you need. Dedicated spaces on parking and the beach (additional charge) make it even more comfortable. Away from crowded city center( 10 minutes walk) but there are still many restaurants where you can eat nearby .
I personally think that kitchen could be equipped little bit better- more stoves, grill, kettle, dishwasher. But that is not critical unless you are traveling with small kids.

The home was spacious, spotless, cozy, and stocked with thoughtful touches like extra towels and bed sheets. The air-conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat, and the location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach, which made traveling with kids so easy. Our host was incredibly kind and flexible with our check-in and checkout times, and even shared amazing recommendations for local restaurants and events that made our trip extra special.
There was nothing we didn’t like—everything exceeded our expectations.

The apartment was literally a minute walk from Potami beach, that is quite literally the beach with the cleanest water in the Mediterranean.
No dishwasher.
