Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do pięknego morza. Piękny ogród i taras na dachu. Wygodnie jest obecność prysznica i toalety na dworze. Też fajnie działa klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. W kuchni jest wszystko, co potrzebne do przygotowania posilków. Teren ogrodzony, pupil może biegać bez ryzyka, że ucieknie. Auto można zaparkować pod zadaszeniem garażu i nie będzie się grzało na słońcu.
Ręczniki i pościel za dodatkową płatę lub trzeba mieć swoje. Szyby w oknach rezonują od dźwięków na dworze, czasmi to przeszkadza spać w nocy. Taras na dachu nie był dobrze posprzątany. Trzeba uważać z kluczami, żeby nie zapomnieć ich w domu, bo drzwi się zatrzasną.
