Ottima posizione per chi vuole essere vicino alla spiaggia ma evitare la confusione delle vie più trafficate. Spazi esterni (ed interni) ampi e adeguati anche per chi viaggia con un cane. Presenti gli utensili fondamentali per la cucina, aria condizionata e wifi, molto apprezzati.
Si potrebbe lasciare a disposizione degli ospiti qualche detersivo per la pulizia della casa e il kit di cortesia per il bagno (mentre asciugamani e lenzuola erano già previsti a pagamento o con possibilità di portarli da casa). Consigliata un po' di manutenzione generica (prese di corrente alcune non funzionanti, porte, finestre e zanzariere).
