Excellent location. Good heating. Well functioning Wifi. Quiet at night. Personalised watercolours in the hallway.
Not really ready for rental- painting not finished front bedroom. Negligence in verifying preparation for guests, lack of attention to detail - only 1 of 4 bedside lamp working, dirty pots, too few mugs and one broken, damaged table, paint flaking off patio furniture, unkempt garden, toilet seat badly installed, wet towels left in machine. Back bedroom mattress very tired. Living-room dated and uninviting- furniture uncomfortable.
