The location is very good, 150 meter from the beach. The street downstairs is full of resteraurants and shops, very convenient. The double bed is big enough, and the sofa bed is also comfortable. The room is very clean. The kitchen is small but well equipped ( it's a pity there is neither oven nor microwave. ) . Waschmaschine and air blower are both good. Totally speaking, it's cost-effective and recommended. It's suitable for 3-4 days short holiday.

NO Wifi ! for this part, I didn't notice when I book the room , I thought it's basic condition for every apartment. And we only got one set of key. and the apartment is at 8th floor, which is a little bit hot at sommer. Even when outside is only 20 degree, inside this apartment is still around 28 degree. Small space for 4 adults, no dining table, not convenient to have meals at home. No park place, we need to drive away to find a place, and need to pay.

Süßes modernes Appartement im 8.Stock, gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet, mit Meerblick. Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Check in und Kommunikation per SMS super geklappt.

Balkon sehr schmal, Bad etwas klein, Lüftungen etwas laut. Kelle zum Suppe auffüllen gab es nicht. Putzfrauen standen schon 10.40 uhr im Zimmer, obwohl wir erst um 11 uhr draußen hätten sein müssen.

Znakomite miejsce w doskonałej lokalizacji. Idealne dla rodzin

Nie ma absolutnie żadnej rzeczy którą można byłoby poprawić. Mieszkanie piękne, wygodne, super urządzone, bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Jest wszystko czego potrzeba! Komfortowe łóżka, można się porządnie wyspać. Wszędzie dobra organizacja i miejsce na wszystko, zarówno w kuchni, pokoju jak i łazience. Pyszna kawa z ekspresu, intuicyjna pralka i zmywarka. Suszarka do włosów w łazience i wygodne czyste ręczniki. Mało tego kawa, herbata i cukier w szafce, co prawda nie korzystaliśmy z nich ale miło że są nawet pieprz i sól :) Dodatkowo lokalizacja marzeń. Widok z balkonu zarówno na morze jak i miasto. Widać cześć deptaku znajdującego się na dole więc można podejrzeć przechodniów i zorientować się jaka temperatura na dole. To nasz trzeci pobyt w Kołobrzegu ale pierwszy tak udany pod kątem komfortu mieszkania i lokalizacji. Dodatkowo skorzystaliśmy z parkingu poleconego przez właścicieli w Kielczance znajdującej się obok, więc mieliśmy też widok na samochód i stróżówkę parkingu. Zdecydowanie wszystko polecamy!

Uważam że warto zostawić pilot od klimatyzacji na wierzchu. Był schowany gdzieś w górnej szafce nad mikrofalą i znaleźliśmy go dopiero w ostatni dzień. Co prawda nie kontaktowaliśmy się w tej sprawie z obiektem, bo trafiliśmy na chłodne dni.

Nie wieder fahre ich in diese Touristenabzocke. Ein teurer Fehler war das

Die Unterkunft war tatsächlich sehr modern eingerichtet. So modern, dass der Türcode nicht schnell genug von mir getippt werden konnte und ich durch Fremde ins Haus kam, so modern, dass der Schlüsseltresor nur mit Ausdauer aufgepobelt werden konnte und ich mehrfach um Hilfe bitten musste, so modern, dass die Dielen auf dem Balkon durchgebogen waren und der angekündigte Junghund im Wasser stand, so modern, dass die stark überhitzte Wohnung zwar eine Klimaanlage hatte, aber nur eine Fernbedienung für den riesengroßen Flachbildschirm- keine Anleitungen in Polnisch, Englisch oder gar Deutsch.

Ich habe keine ! Nacht dort geschlafen. Voller Preis + Hundegebühr wurden trotzdem abgezogen. Die Bitte nach teilweiser Erstattung wurde abgelehnt. Ich wollte dort auf keinen Fall sein, da es keinen wie zuvor ausgewählten Parkplatz gab (die noch versuchte Möglichkeit einer Garage der Nachbarin war so groß wie mein Auto). Der entfernte Parkplatz kostete noch einmal 25€ für 1 Tag und ich stand am Abend alleine darauf! Da ich eigentlich als Camper unterwegs war und ich spontan nur eine trockene Unterkunft suchte, musste ich nun die notwendigen Dinge in Tüten in die Wohnung in 8. Stock tragen. Deshalb die unbedingte Auswahl „Parkplatz“. Ich hätte vorher genauer hinterfragen sollen. War sehr naiv von mir. Und der Meerblick…. Naja..

Apartament jest jednym z lepszych , w których często korzystamy w Kołobrzegu , żona i córka chwaliły wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego , teraz chcą abym w naszym domu tak zaprojektował , było wszystko co potrzebne - Świetnie !

Był brak klucza w skrytce do drzwi wejściowych do bloku , dostaliśmy się dzięki innym mieszkańcom ( to niewielki problem ) klucze były w drugiej skrytce.
