Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do dworca PKP, do deptaka, do plaży i do portu. Apartament czysty, przestronny, z balkonem, wszystko działało, w kuchni były podstawowe rzeczy które umożliwiały przygotowanie posiłku, przechowanie zakupów w lodówce itp. Lokalizacja na ósmym piętrze (są dwie windy) daje ładny widok na całą okolicę i izoluje od dźwięków z zewnątrz.
