Nice apartment near city centre

We we're welcomed very nice by Ricardo's mother. The communication with Ricardo himself was very good and the apartment looked really nice. The location was also very good and near the centre of Lavagna.

The apartment is a bit noisy because of the train and street below. If you're a deep sleeper it will be no problem.

Good chance to see and stay in an Italian local house

Daniela and Roberta are the best hosts; they are friendly and always available to help. The house includes all the kitchenwares and much more. The best thing is that the guests have a full floor in the building.

L’appartamento è spazioso, ben arredato e pulito. Ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno perfetto. Se avete dei bambini c’è un lettino e una cameretta con molti giochi.

Soggiorno piacevole, appartamento grande ma un po’ datato

Appartamento molto grande con tante stanze e tanti posti letto, un bel terrazzo, ma arredamento un po’ datato. Attrezzato anche per i bambini e accoglie volentieri gli animali. Dotato di tutto il necessario sia in bagno che in cucina. Posizione non centrale, molto vicino al porto, quasi al confine con Chiavari. Spiaggia a una decina di minuti a piedi.

Si potrebbe ristrutturare e modernizzare un po’ tutto l’appartamento perché è molto datato. Si sente molto il treno che passa lì vicino, con le finestre se si tengono chiuse insonorizzano un po’ e fanno sentire meno il rumore, ma tenendo chiuso d’estate fa caldo e sono presenti solo ventilatori e non aria condizionata. Dalle persiane entra molta luce.

Roberto è una persona deliziosa, gentile e accogliente, ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. Ottimo anche per i consigli che ci ha fornito.

So che Roberto sta lavorando per rendere l'alloggio il più accogliente possibile. E ce la sta mettendo tutta per farlo diventare un gioiellino.

La posizione vicino al centro

La casa era gelida, assolutamente da nn affittare in inverno.stile anni 60, ed è rimasto tutto negli anni 60, ferrovia da un lato con treno ogni 5 minuti strada dall'altro, infissi vecchi quindi rumorosissima, immagino in estate con le finestre aperte.
