La photo de la page d’accueil ne correspond pas au bien proposé. On suppose que le bien est face à la plage comme sur la photo avec le club pour enfants.A signaler pas de vue sur la mer !!!!! Le bien demandé a être rafraîchi ainsi que le ménage vu le prix pratiqué. En clair nous sommes déçus et de ce fait nous avons raccourci notre séjour d’un jour.

La résidence est idéalement située à proximité immédiate de la plage. Le logement dispose de tout le nécessaire, et la terrasse permet de déjeuner en extérieur. La propriétaire est très agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Nous avons passé un très bon temps dans cet appartement. Accueil très chaleureux et pleins de belles attentions. Je recommande vivement. La propriétaire est charmante et très aidante! Merci à elle. L'appartement est très bien situé et très ensoleillé. Un vrai bon point: quasi les pieds dans l’eau!

Emplacement idéal dans une résidence très calme

Emplacement idéal dans une résidence très calme

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire de l'appartement. Elle a pris le temps de tout nous montrer dans l'appartement et les parties communes et nous a donné des informations utiles sur les commerces et restaurants. L'appartement, très bien équipé, est idéalement situé car il suffit de traverser la promenade piétonne pour être sur la plage. La terrasse, même si elle donne sur le jardin intérieur est trés agréable et bien exposée. La résidence est trés calme car les appartements sont en grande majorité des résidences secondaires, donc très peu occupées hors saison. Nous conseillons les courses et le marché au Pouliguen, accessible à pied en 10 mn. Enfin, tous les points d'interêt touristiques se situent dans un rayon maximum de 25 km : Pornichet, Saint-Nazaire, Guérande et les marais salants, Le Croisic, La Turballe, Piriac sur Mer, le parc régional de la Brière, Pornic. Cela permet de visiter tout en se reposant. Bref, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable

L'emplacement est idéal en raison de l'accès direct à la plage (de nature à faciliter largement le bénéfice des plaisirs procurés par celle-ci ; très appréciable avec des enfants !) Très appréciés les jeux de société, les condiments de base dans la cuisine (sel-poivre-huile-sucre...) et produits d''entretien. La propriétaire s''est montrée accueillante et souple sur les dates et horaires d''arrivée et départ. Nous recommandons cette location !"
