Villa Eccelsa is an elegant and welcoming two-story historical villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Eccelsa you will enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and of Albano Mount. Villa Eccelsa is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Monsummano Terme, where you will find restaurants, a grocery store and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile).
To stay at Villa Eccelsa you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to Villa Eccelsa is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long. It is an infinity pool, has a whirlpool corner and has a counter-current swimming machine. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the valley. The pool is open from mid-April until mid-October.

The first patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen. It is partly shaded by a porch made of stone. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the Tuscan hills.
Patio 2
The second patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with two sofas and armchairs. From the patio you will have a view of the swimming pool and of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 3000 square meters (32300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees and by cypresses. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the valley.
Fitness Room with bathroom
At Villa Eccelsa you will find a fitness room equipped with an exercise bike, a treadmill, a fitness bench and a rowing machine. You will be able to enter the fitness room from the through an external access. This fitness room has a bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
Bottom FloorLiving Room 1
The ceiling of the first living room is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are elegant, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include two sofas and two armchairs. There is a big and age-old fireplace. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room has four windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Living Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room from the kitchen or from the first living room. The furnishings are elegant, and include some hand-made pieces by local artisans. The furnishings include a sofa, two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels), a DVD player and a CD player with FM radio. The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped, with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. There is a big and age-old fireplace made of bricks and Firenzuola stone. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include two armchairs. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the first patio. The room has a small window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is an age-old and impressive fireplace. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hydromassage shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the kitchen. Here you will find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. Top FloorBedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
