Modern, comfortable apartment close to the sea.

Warm and informative welcome ( completed by a detailed information booklet ). The modern apartment is well situated in a calm area. It was very clean, offered a good comfort and a nice sea view. The terrace furniture was of good quality ( no plastic ) and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay! Parking is easily accessible. The guarantee deposit was returned within a day after we left: excellent!

Mooi weekend gehad!

Modern gebouw, mooi uitzicht met in de verte zicht op zee, rustig, stil, goede bedden en zetels, niet ver van winkelstraat Nieuwpoort.

Kookpannen zijn aan vervanging toe, weinig waterglazen en kleine lepeltjes. Ijskast werkt veel te sterk waardoor alles bevroor, mankement? De silicone in douche eens opnieuw te doen.

Rustig nieuwbouwappartement in Nieuwpoort vlakbij duinen met prachtig zeezicht

Nieuw appartement met mooi zeezicht, modern ingericht, ook de slaapkamers hebben zeezicht, op wandelafstand van strand, vlakbij duinen. Wat me het meeste opviel is dat je niets hoort van buren of straat. Het was er zo stil. Zalig! Het appartement is heel licht, beter dan op de foto's te zien is. Heel comfortabele bedden en zetel ook. Terras met tafel.

Iets mindere reactiviteit van de verhuurders per what's app. Uit het kraantje van de lavabo in het toilet kwam geen water. Nadat ik de kraan onder de lavabo had opengedraaid, leek het opgelost, maar toen we na een wandeling terugkwamen, stond de vloer onder water. Een kleine verwittiging was welkom geweest.

Niet bepaald makkelijk om met kinderwagens in het gebouw te manoeuvreren: je moet enkele deuren losmaken en twee liften nemen om bij het appartement zelf te komen

Een mooie week in een comfortabel appartement met zeezicht in de verte.

Mooi comfortabel appartement met terras. Voorbehouden parkeerplaats in de garage- kelder. Zeer rustig ondanks de nabijheid van een grote weg. De bedden waren opgedekt ( meerprijs) bij aankomst. Dat was aangenaam.

In de douche liep het water niet vlot weg. Niet alle matrasbeschermers waren schoon. Dat merkten we toen we aan het eind van het verblijf de gehuurde lakens van het bed haalden.

Drie uur later konden we pas inchecken, te hoge borg, slechte communicatie

We hadden de check-in tijd vooraf duidelijk gecommuniceerd. Maar bij aankomst was er niemand en ook niemand bereikbaar. Uiteindelijk konden we niet om 14:30 naar binnen, maar pas om 17:30. Ze waren ons vergeten. Geen sorry, geen kleine tegemoetkoming. Bij vertrek hadden we netjes schoongemaakt. Badkamer, wc, keuken goed schoongemaakt, beddenlinnen in de berging in de kelder gelegd, maar de ellenlange poetslijst met strikte voorwaarden uit de klapper afronden lukte ons niet meer. Dat direct om 09:00 uur 's ochtends bij vertrekt gemeld. Achteraf werd ons verweten dat het enorm vies was (wat niet zo was) en dat ze de nieuwe gasten pas 2 uur later konden toelaten. Ze waren pas in de middag gaan kijken en niet al 's morgens toen ik het gemeld had. Borg werd te laat terugbetaald. Achteraf wel een sorry, maar verder geen tegemoetkomingen. Op basis van deze review zullen ze mij vast ook wel weer e.e.a. gaan verwijten.

Mooi en praktisch appartement

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal met heel goede uitleg. Appartement zeer rustig gelegen, wandelafstand zee en winkels. Groot aangenaam terras, idem voor de woonkamer. Garage was een pluspunt.

Zeker een aanrader!

Een héél fijne vakantie gehad in dit appartement. Gezin met 3 kinderen: 13 jaar (eigen kamer), 9 jaar (de slaaphoek aan de living) en 9,5 maanden (mee bij ons op de kamer). Het babybedje mee bij ons op de kamer paste maar nét, maar het ging. Voldoende kastruimte, voldoende potten en pannen en ander kookgerei in de keuken. Microgolf/oven werkt intuïtief, afwasmachine is altijd fijn. Koelkast gaat héél hard, stand 1 is zeker voldoende. Een prachtig uitzicht op duinen en zee, zeker 's avonds met de zonsondergang. Er zijn geen gordijnen in de living, dus ook 's avonds vol zicht op de lichtjes buiten (en ook zicht naar binnen, iets om rekening mee te houden). Er was een schaar en een mixer (2 dingen die ik vaak zelf meeneem, maar dit keer niet, en het hoefde dus ook niet). Een héél ruime badkamer met een fijne inloopdouche met veel druk op het water, wat superfijn is. Ook een dubbele lavabo. Onze buggy konden we vlot in het halletje wegzetten. En er is een aparte wc! Het is een enorm voordeel dat er een parkeerplaats in de ondergrondse garage inbegrepen is, en die parkeerplaats ligt ook vlakbij de deur naar de lift. Uit- en inladen gaat dus vlot. Er zijn 2 sleutels beschikbaar, dus je hoeft niet continu afspraken met je partner of andere gezinsleden te maken. Dichtstbijzijnde tramhalte ongeveer 10 minuutjes wandelen. Dijk ook 10 minuutjes wandelen. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst ook bij aankomst. Alles was heel duidelijk.

Het viel niet echt tegen hoor, maar informatief voor volgende gasten: het diepvriezertje staat in de berging op het niveau van de parkeergarage, dus niet in het appartement zelf. Het is ook een warm appartement, hoewel we de thermostaat op 19 graden hadden gezet en alle radiatoren hadden uitgedraaid. Geen seconde kou gehad (paasvakantie 2024), integendeel, regelmatig onze trui uitgedaan. (Er is geen klein ovenschaaltje bij het keukengerei, om bv. een overschotje van iets op te warmen, dat dus best meenemen als je dat denkt nodig te hebben.)

Ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub mit meiner Familie, alles sonst Top.

Tolle Anlage mit Toller Tiefgarage (sehr Sicher) und Unterkunft mit gutem Sicherheitsstandart. Lage 500 m vom Strand entfernt. Sehr ruhige Lage. Betten waren in Ordnung, genug Schränke vorhanden.

Das einzige was uns am ersten Tag nicht gefallen hat, das wir vorher das vorhandene Geschirr reinigen mussten und die Duschwanne der Abfluss nicht abfloss. Und es war sehr staubig.
