About this apartment rental
This stylish apartment is full of beautiful details such as wood and terracotta floors. The large windows and doors make it very bright and lovely. The modern kitchen and the living room open directly on to the spacious, sunny terrace. The flat is located in the historical centre of Agaete, a typical Canarian village with its white houses and partly steep, narrow alleys with amazing views. Puerto de las Nieves, 20 min. on foot, is a fishing harbour. It has sand and pebbles beaches, natural pools, several fish restaurant and a nice seafront mountains. Las Palmas, 30 minutes away by car, offers all the attractions of a lively resort with excellent shopping and an amazing beach. Agaete has an historic centre with beautiful squares in which to take an aperitif, relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The terrace of Casa Carmen offers you a wide view, which goes from the sea to the Tamadaba mountains and the nice white village of Agaete.

The apartment and the views are incredible and the town and harbour are lovely. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. From the balconies you can look down on the town, across to the hills and also see the sea. The only slight negative was the floors could have been cleaner. I would definitely recommend.

This apartment has everything you need, also for longer stays. Fantastic location in the center of the small town. The view from the two balconies is superb. You have to take into account the permanent residents in the other apartments - something that came naturally. Communication with the owner and her local representative was good. Recommend seeking out the swimming facility north of hotel Occidental Roca Negra.

A perfect week with perfect weather.
We walked to Las Salinas almost daily to swim.
Great hikes from San Pedro.
Breakfast and dinner on the balcony.

La casa está muy bien situada, en el mismo pueblo, con vistas panorámicas al mismo, incluso podemos ver el mar. Cuando llegamos estaba todo muy limpio y muy bien organizado, no falta de nada. La vecindad es muy tranquila, la gente son amables. La casa me encanta, y sentarte en la terraza con las vistas que tiene es todo un placer.
Agaete en un pueblo muy tranquilo, hay sol casi siempre, la temperatura siempre supera en verano los 25 grados de día. Sus playas, sus vistas y la gastronomía en los restaurantes de la zona son de obligado cumplimiento, no pueden de dejar de probar un buen pescado fresco frito con papas arrugadas y mojo verde como ejemplo.
Pía, propietaria de la casa es muy amable siempre he estado en contacto con ella, y la persona que se encarga del mantenimiento de la casa, Jose, es muy amable y una buena persona.
Recomiendo esta casa y visitar el pueblo y los alrededores, todo aque que visite Aagete, repite y vuelve.
