Clean, friendly staff. Cleaners came every day.
The location of my property. Noises I could hear externally, and from connecting apartments.

The views from the property are fabulous as it sits above the city & across from the castle. The staff is wonderful & I would like to thank Eldre & Domna for all their help & kindness. There is one other wonderful gentleman that works with them (I forgot to ask his name) who always greeted me with a big smile😁. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was super clean. View from the bar was fantastic.
Shower was not the best. The rainfall shower head not fitted properly so did not work. We knew property would be high up so that was expected. Cleaners room was right next to our room and did wake us up a few times.

Great location with beautiful views. Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to help you Lovely breakfast seated at the sky bar with fabulous views
Just to be mindful that it is high up so not good if you have poor mobility.
