Location was too far out and climbing up and down the stairs difficult, no tea or coffee in the rooms

Very good location in the town. Along with a very good clean room. Great cleaning service and very smooth service and experience. Would highly recommend. Reception were extremely helpful with recommendations for food and best times to do activities such as the acropolis

Beds are comfortable
Access with luggage is not good. Carrying luggage up about 150 steps in the dark was a challenge. Toilet didn't flush properly. Hot water in shower must be pumped from Athens as it took about 10 minutes to warm up and the last couple of days it was cold showers. The in-room safe is too small to accommodate a laptop or tablet and located too high to access. Some of the fixtures to the walls were loose. Coffee pods provided at a cost of €1.50 each with no milk on offer. Mould visible in shower with gyprock panes and no tiles which was clearly visible when walls got wet. For what I paid, it was very disappointing. Much better value for money elsewhere
