One of Folly's Best! The One is a comfortable and clean 1 bedroom condo located on the first floor of a 3 story elevated complex with breathtaking oceanfront views where the beach is literally your front yard. The building was recently renovated to feature new decking and upgraded A/C units. Hardwood floors throughout, TVs in both the living room and bedroom, and access to a shared washer/dryer too! Drifting off to dreamland on a comfortable king size mattress will be sure to rejuvenate you for your next day out on the beach. Enjoy a beautiful morning sunrise from the shared balcony followed by front row seats to watch the dolphins play while enjoying your morning coffee. The night sky is perfect for stargazing and listening to the ocean waves crash onto the shore. You can park your car in the reserved parking space the entire time you are here because everything you'd ever need is within easy walking distance on Center Street. The One allows up to 2 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dogs when you inquire. Folly Beach Suites shares laundry and HVAC with the neighboring unit, a locked door leads to the adjoining laundry room. Please keep temperatures at recommended levels and remove clothes from washer/dryer as soon as possible. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building. Perfect spot on Folly Beach. Walking distance to all the restaurants. Great view of the ocean. The place was a little worn but decorated nicely. Host provided everything. Very comfortable stay and looking forward to next visit.

Great ocean views, simple walk to beach, gorgeous sunrise and sunset, great new year's eve celebration! Can't wait to come back. Also love that this unit is dog friendly.

Too many additional fees that are not necessary. We would have made a different choice had this not been a last minute reservation with more availability. Take the time to review the second page itemized billing before you pull the trigger.

Rug was filthy and so was the couch. Address or throw them away. Baseboards, a/c registers... not clean and unit really needs painting.
I am also a vrbo owner and a Damage waiver should always be refunded if no damage has occurred. I have never seen nor charged all of these fees.
Heard everything upstairs all night long. Kept us up.
On the good notes: beautiful view and super location.
Unfortunate, that we walked away feeling disappointed and ripped off.
