Beachfront 3-Bedroom Villa with Pool, Staff & Stunning Sea Views
This charming 3-bedroom beachfront villa sits directly on a quiet beach on Barbados’ sought-after West Coast, offering breathtaking ocean views and the ultimate island escape. With the sand and sea just steps away, this property is a favourite among returning guests.
Inside, you’ll find three spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, along with a large open-plan living and dining area. Outdoors, enjoy a spacious patio for lounging or dining al fresco, a gazebo that’s perfect for taking in the sea views, and a private splash pool—ideal for cooling off after a day in the sun.
Whether you’re looking to relax or stay active, this villa has something for everyone. Couples and families will love the peaceful setting, while adventurers can take advantage of the excellent snorkelling, diving, and water sports right on the doorstep.
The villa is ideally located in Fitts Village, just 5 minutes by car from both Holetown and Bridgetown. Guests can enjoy duty-free shopping at Limegrove Lifestyle Centre, dine at beachfront restaurants like Il Tempio (just a 2-minute walk away), or set sail on a sunset catamaran cruise. A small supermarket is also within walking distance for added convenience.
Your rental includes the services of a cook and housekeeper/laundress, six days a week (excluding public holidays). The cook prepares up to three meals a day, and both staff members consistently receive excellent reviews from guests. (Groceries are not included in the price, but we can arrange for your initial grocery order to be delivered before your arrival - payable locally).

Beaches in Barbados can naturally change shape and size due to tides, currents, and seasonal conditions. While every effort is made to show accurate beach photos, the shoreline may vary, and in some areas water shoes are recommended.
To protect our linens, Riemann P20 sunscreen is not permitted. This product causes permanent damage when laundered. Guests will be charged for any stained towels or bedding (up to USD $50 per towel or USD $300 per sheet/coverlet).

Seawards was lovely and we’d definitely go again. Great location, lots of outdoor space to enjoy, fun swimming from the beach, bedrooms and baths were comfortable. Patsy and Dawn took wonderful care of us and made our stay all the more enjoyable.

What a wonderful experience at Seawards Villa. My husband and I, along with my sister, brother in law and parents had the best time at this villa.
The villa was clean and the staff gave us the best first and lasting impression! Some of the reviews have mentioned that the beach had a reef that made it difficult to swim, but we didn’t find that at all. Right in front of the house, there is a section where the reef parts and it makes the perfect pools! At low tide, the water is perfect and you can walk out for miles!
The central AC throughout the home was a lovely relief from the hot days and the pool was the perfect size!
Thanks to Seawards and their AWESOME STAFF for this perfect stay! We will be back for sure!

We all had a lovely time at the house. The location was perfect, and we walked to Jordans and the pharmacy a lot and Wendy's Sporting Lounge the other way a couple times.
Would definitely stay again.......
