Estrutura muito boa, os funcionários muito educados!
A nossa casa era a única que não possuía guarda sol, estávamos com uma criança e faz muita diferença para não pegar sol, um dos banheiros está voltando o esgoto também e estava insuportável o cheiro!

Localização, pé na areia!
Horário café da manhã começa às 8h (muito tarde), ausência de zelo para receber os hóspedes, geladeira sem funcionamento, fogão com defeito no forno, gás de aquecimento do chuveiro desligado, travesseiros ruins 3 cozinha sem utensílio básicos como forma para assar pizza ou assar lasanha

Estrutura, localização, privacidade.
Limpeza, em qualquer lugar da cozinha e sala que colocávamos alguma comida, dava formiga.

O fato do apartamento ter três quartos e dois banheiros.
Só tinha uma televisão e ainda assim não era uma TV smart. O café da manhã também era muito franco, além de ser bem longe do centro de Porto.
