De tudo, dao nao gostei que fiquei pouco tempo.
Precisa fazer um controle de formigas, que nao incomodou nem tirou o brilho do lugar.

Gostamos muito da casa, da moça que faz a arrumação (Sueli), do condomínio. A casa é bem espaçosa, limpa, bons quartos, ar condicionado em todos os cômodos. Foi tudo perfeito.
Não tem nada que não gostamos, a única coisa de ponto de atenção é que o contato do anfitrião para solicitar os nomes e passar o manual da estadia (inclusive avisando sobre o pagamento separado da luz) foi feito no próprio dia do check in. Tentamos contato antes mas só conseguimos mesmo no dia. Ah e nunca deixe a chave dentro de casa e saia pela varanda fechando a porta de correr pois ela trava e só chamando a manutenção que abre pois não há uma chave reserva.

Excelente local, seguro e com todo o conforto para passar dias agradáveis na Praia com a família e Sueli a funcionária foi prestativa e atenciosa ! E o proprietário muito gentil em nos responder prontamente no check-in.
