The appartment was very comfortable, well equipped and perfectly clean. Great location, calm, with nice view on the lake.
At this time of year, the terrasse never has sunshine, despite being south facing. Without the 2 huge pine trees in from if the terrasse blocking the sun and the view, it would be perfect

The property was refurbished recently so it looked pretty good. The garden and the view are really nice (it does seem to be a shared garden tough)
I believe the 5 star rating on booking is a little misleading- when you have a single soap to share between the shower and sink, when there is no cleaning service for 5 days...I would not call this 5 star. This is not the first time when booking.com is overly generous with the ratings Also in the mornings it was quite noisy from upstairs. You should do yourself a favor and spend some extra and stay at a proper 5 star hotel.
