About this apartment rental
Loft / Appartment / Studi renewed in 2016. 3rd Floor.
There's kitchen, dinning room, 2 sofa-bed (140x200cm), toilet / bashroom.
Located in the center of Roses, in a pedestrian area (restricted to cars) plenty of restaurants, shops, etc and above all, less than 50 meters from the beach.
Turist tax (€ 1 pers / night) included.
The appartment is on the 3rd floor.
Note: Bed sheets nor towels are included -> Rent € 15 (1 Bed sheets + 2 towels shower / toilet)

Close to the beach (around 50 meters away), in a shopping zone full of live an restaurants, Roses is a nice place to visit in any period of the year. The sea is different on colors depending on the season of the year.
There is no common zones.
There is no parking, however in less than 5 min walking you can find at no charge.
There is no lift, so there are some steps until the 3rd floor.
Check In must be done beetween 17h and 20h. After 20h you'll be charged with 5 euros.
Check out max at 12am (midday)

I suggest to go around walking, the weather is so pleasant even on winter that makes the better way.

there is also a bus stop 5 min away from the appartment, which might bring you to Figueres, Barcelona, etc.

Super studio super meublé, joli ce qui est agréable par rapport à d'autres locations où les propriétaires font le strict minimum , très fonctionnel.
Pau est une personne adorable, aux petits soins , et qui fait tout pour que l'on se sente bien .
Studio dans une rue commerçante , tout à portée de main , à 30 m de la plage . Bref un 10/10 .
