2.1 NEW in center ROSES with WI-FI, AC and TV sat at 60 m MAR

Superb location on the beach and in the centre of all the restaurants. The property was spotlessly clean and very well presented. The owner, Lisa, responded promptly whenever we contacted her and was really helpful. We were welcomed by her on arrival and she left water, wine and fruit for us. There were lots of other extras which you don't usually expect in a self-catering property - cling film, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and in the bathroom shampoo and shower gel as well as a hair dryer. She had obviously put a lot of thought into equipping the apartment. The air conditioning was great - the apartment was lovely and cool. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great apartment in the pedestrian zone of Rosas. Lots of space, recently renovated, modern and clean. The apartment is perfect for a family: 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with two single beds. As we were two couples, the one that got the twin beds appreciated the fact that we were able to take the side table out of the bedboard and pull the two beds together. The bathroom has a nice, modern shower. Pleasant first contact with the owner who also thought of leaving some coffee as well as fruits and a bottle of water at our disposal. The beds are comfortable - it gives you a chance to try viscoelastic mattresses to see if you like them!!! It's unusual to find such high quality mattresses in a holiday apartment. There is a small supermarket and a baker nearby, many shops and countless bars and restaurants (reasonable prices). The sea is across the street and Rosas offers a pleasant and long walk by the sea. The beach seemed nice, too, but in February ... we didn't dare try it! There's a parking nearby which is quite useful to load and unload, but don't leave your car there as it is quite expensive. There is a small free parking a little way off, but it gets full quite fast and we didn't find a parking space the second night (although it was low season). There is, however, a large (also free) parking about 10 minutes walk away from the apartment, near the harbor. Upon reservation, Elisabeth gave us a townplan with the first two free parkings. There are many sights to explore around Rosas - if you're not a beach person, you won't get bored. Definitely a location and apartment we don't hesitate to recommend.

This apartment had everything, clean, modern, nice, big and the location couldn’t be better. Lisa and Julien are the best and so helpful with everything. We will come back. If you are looking for an apartment in Roses choose this one.
