About this apartment rental
10 minutes walk from the medieval historic center, 15 minutes by car from the beaches. Every comfort, independent methane heating, independent and bright rooms, air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito nets, adjustable shutters, cot for children up to three years (on request), high chair (on request), carefully furnished even in colors and harmonies of shapes, large terrace of 50 square meters equipped with shower with hot water, sink, table with chairs, deckchairs and umbrella, very quiet street, apartment completely renovated in 2011 with conservative restoration, in the heart of the nineteenth-century area of Ostuni. It is equipped with a fast internet connection. In the immediate vicinity (less than 50 meters) there are: small supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, old bakery with typical specialties, excellent pizzeria / cafeteria cheap and frequented all year round by locals, wine shop, bar, tobacconist, newsagent, greengrocer, easy and fast access to the road that leads to the sea (you do not have to cross the center). In case of water shortage we are equipped with a tank and autoclave.

This apartment was exactly as advertised. We felt really at home here. We loved the location. Just outside of the Centro Storico. Checkin was seamless. Grocery stores are nearby. Restaurants are plentiful and we didn't go wrong with any of the ones we tried. There are several Michelin star restaurants in Ostuni. Make sure you make a reservation well in advance or you'll have no chance of trying them. The walk around the old city is enchanting. We highly recommend this property. Grazie Gianfranco!

Posizione strategica per passeggiata nel centro storico ( 10 minuti a piedi) con facile parcheggio non a pagamento sotto casa. Nelle immediate vicinanze supermercato, forno e farmacia. La casa è dotata di tutti i confort, materassi comodissimi e pulizia impeccabile, scale sia di ingresso che per accesso alla terrazza un pò alte ma molto caratteristiche.

il proprietario e la signora che si occupa del check-in si son dimostrati da subito gentili e disponibili. la casa è situata. in una posizine strategica comodissima al centro storico e ai vari servizi. la casa era perfettamente pulita e confortevole. la terrazza è uno sfogo piacevole anche in inverno.
complessivamente la consiglio senza ombra di dubbio.
