Nice gem up the hill

The place is in a quiet neighborhood outside the city center and up a hill. It is very quiet at night. The room was small, but comfy with a good bed and all the amenities I needed. The owners were quite friendly. The house seemed at first not to be soundproof, but all patrons were very quiet, and it was a very pleasant experience. I rented a bike (at a place close to the seaside), and with it I could reach all places quickly. I could park the bike in the unused carport (situated on the property behind the locked entry). With the bike, I usually went back to the property during the day - without it, it would have been too far (esp. in the heat).

The wardrobe was only for hanging (but for a very high board). I did not use it at all, never unpacking my suitcase. I do not think I'd be happy in the room I booked if I were not a solo traveller, using the second bed to place my suitcase. The WLAN connection was very poor.

Very friendly and helpful host. The apartment was nice and very well assembled. Big and comfortable beds and pillows. The bakery and grocery store are near the apartment. The area is quiet. We really enjoyed our stay!

There was no microwave oven, but actually you also can do without it :)

Top week in Porec!

De kamer was erg schoon!! en ruim. Fijn keukentje met alles wat je nodig hebt. Vanaf het apartement was het strand goed bereikbaar Porec is een erg leuke stad, niet te druk maar genoeg te doen. De verhuurders van het apartement waren behulpzaam en erg vriendelijk. Bij vertrek nog een fles wijn mee gekregen, helemaal leuk. Ook van het lekkere weer wat we hadden besteld hebben we erg genoten. Vanaf het balkon kon je mooi genieten van de zonsondergang. We komen graag nog eens terug.

Top villa passat

Bella villa, camere dotate di ogni accessorio, zona tranquilla vicino alla spiaggia al centro e ai supermercati. Proprietari cordiali e il cane era molto simpatico. Bello il giardino ho usato anche il barbecue.

Gradevole soggiorno

La casa è in un quartiere residenziale, fuori dal centro che si raggi a piedi in 15-20 minuti. Il ritorno è un po' in salita. Vicino a casa c'è una panetteria e il supermercato Konzum è raggio a piedi ma sinceramente non ben fornito, pur essendo grande. Meglio il Lidl o i Plodini un po' più lontani. La casa è una mansarda (attenzione alla testa😃) ma non dà fastidio il tetto basso se sì sta attenti. I proprietari abitano al piano terra e sono quindi sempre disponibili. La casa è dotata di tutto ed anche di strofinacci per la cucina e saponi per pulizia ed un sapone per le mani (il resto va portato). C'è anche un phon a parete molto utile.

L'aria condizionata è solo sulla porta d'ingresso ma tenendo aperte le stanza rinfresca abbastanza. La seconda stanza manca di persiane e nella prima entra la luce dalla porta d'ingresso, a chi dà fastidio. Noi ci abbiamo messo un telo. Andrebbe messa una tenda. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un problema con l'acqua calda per una tempesta di qualche giorno fa e le ultime sere mancava. Abbiamo avvisato ma poi è arrivata tiepida. Probabilmente problema di pressione. La mattina tornava. Comunque i proprietari sono stati molto gentili e si sono dispiaciuti.

Szuper lakájos hely, kedves házigazdával.

Tágas apartman két hálószobával, nagyméretű ággyal. Kényelmes erkély, onnan kilátás a tengerre. Közelben étterem, bolt, part. Csendes, rendezett környék. Tiszta fürdő, jól felszerelt konyha. Nekünk semmi sem hiányzott, tökéletes volt.

Istria, Poreć, jak najbardziej Polecamy.

Korzystaliśmy z dwupokojowego apartamentu z aneksem ( w pełni wyposażonym) i z tarasikiem z widokiem na morze. Lokalizacja cicha i spokojna. W najbliższej okolicy znajdowało się wszystko co niezbędne, markety, restauracje, piekarnia, wszędzie można dojść spacerkiem. Odległości na plażę i do centrum również w sam raz. Wszystko było tip top jak w opisie, żadnego rozczarowania. Położenie Poreća w sam raz do zwiedzania Istrii i nie tylko. WiFi lekko nie dolatywało ale w innych lokalizacjach obiektu był pełny zasięg. Jak najbardziej Polecamy

Heel erg fijne tijd gehad. Met dank aan de verhuurders die echt mega gastvrij waren.

Het was heel schoon en precies groot genoeg en de bloemen in de tuin waren prachtig. Ook de verhuurders waren erg vriendelijk en gastvrij! Toen we weggingen kregen we nog een flesje wijn mee van ze. Een typische Kroatische wijn. Heel lief!

Onze douchekop was een beetje kapot waardoor je de douche de hele tijd vast moest houden tijdens het douchen. Was geen ramp maar wel fijner geweest als we de douchekop gewoon op konden hangen.

Toller Kurztripp

Die Nutzung der Terrasse und des Grillplatzes mit Gas, super gemütlich. Viele Sitzgelegenheiten Sonne und Schatten. Alles konnte anstandslos benützt werden. Wir wurden immer gefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen. Super Familiär und Liebevoll. Man konnte sich auf Deutsch unterhalten.Der Haushund auch sehr brav und gepflegt. Das Auto konnte man direkt vor der Tür parken und war teilweise sogar schattig.

Die Dusche ist in unserem kleinen Zimmer war etwas alt und in mitleidenschaft gezogen, hat jedoch funktioniert für uns ausreichend, eventuell mal ne neue Mischanlage und Schlauch wäre nötig.
