About this villa rental
This elegant, tranquil Villa is set at Gennadi Village. It offers an incredible private heated swimming pool, surrounded by a perfect panoramic view of the islands emerald waters. Theres an easy access to the sea at a walking distance. Also, the entire coastline at this location is worth visiting. Villa Zoi conveniently accommodates up to 10 guests. This villa is a perfect getaway that offers privacy and a great holiday experience in Rhodes.
Villa
Zoi is a 5 bedroom villa. It has 5 modern fully air-conditioned bedrooms in a
relaxing and traditional design. Three of the rooms have double beds and one of
them has a bunk. Also, there is a room with twin beds. There are two bathrooms
in total as well as 2 wc. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub and another one
has a Jacuzzi and a shower. There are two kitchens, fully equipped for any meal
preparations which are accompanied from the modern dining areas. Theres a free
Wi-Fi access throughout the property as well as a screen TVs with satellite channels.
Outdoors, theres an incredible private garden and the amazing private
heated swimming pool with its sunbeds.
Guests will find a BBQ facility and a sitting area to enjoy a gathering with
their loved ones.
For those who want to do some sightseeing during their holidays, Villa Zoi offers a great base as it is a short drive away from the famous Acropolis of Lindos, dating back to the ancient Greek era. Lindos is found at a driving distance of only 25 minutes and offers a great variety of souvenir shops, restaurants, bars, cafes. Of course, Gennadi Village is really close to the villa, only a 5 minute drive, and offers everything you might need during your stay. You shouldnt miss visiting Old Town of Rhodes, the most impressive site in Rhodes, which is found at a driving distance of an hour.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 15EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night

We rented this house for six weeks and had friends and family to stay at different times, ages from 2 to 60. It was suitable for everyone without over crowding.
I would recommend renting this home to anyone. Katholiki, the manager was exceptional with her care, advice and recommendations. There is a very efficient cleaning service weekly. The pool is warm and is maintained on a bi weekly basis.
You will need transport, and because the property is in the fields expect some wildlife. Its a great spot for bird watchers and sunbathers.
It is close to the road, but it is not too intrusive and there are electric gates for those concerned about little ones.
Just one more word of warning... don't put too much bubble bath in the whirlpool bath.

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, waren sehr viel auf der Veranda, die toll vor der Sonne schützt, am Pool, im Garten, eher weniger im Haus bei dem Wetter. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Zimmer schön, vor allem das Zimmer oben hat einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer! Wir wurden vor Ort sehr gut betreut und von einem mit allem Nötigen gefüllten Kühlschrank begrüßt. Wasser war recht knapp, die Straße ist leider auch recht laut, deswegen nur vier Punkte. Insgesamt aber ein sehr gelungener Urlaub, gerade mit Kindern ist das Haus zu empfehlen!
