THERETRA KIOTARI VILLAS

Excellent host! Villa even better than described. We stayed as a family of 4, kids were happy with their own separate rooms! Beach was with own sun beds and an umbrella, and together with the keys of the house you get the keys from Paradise ( this is how Giannis was referring the lock key for sun beds :) Water was extremely clean fantastic for snorkeling.

Family of 5 adults / 10 nights (August 2026) Great place nearby the seaside with privat sunbeds & umbrella⛱️. Beach with small stones = absolutely clean water there👍🏻 Fully equipped villa, incl. working A/C in all rooms, bathroom proprieties (liquid soaps/hair shampoos), sets of towels+beach towels etc. Believe me, there is everything you need there👍🏻 We also appreciated a place for outside sitting/relaxing with the view on palmas and many kinds of flowers in our garden, where also the outside shower is. There is another outside sitting (smaller one) from the other side of kitchen, where a privat parking is. Also, from this side, there is a garden kitchen with a grill available for these 2 separated villas. Nearby several restaurants and on the main road there is a small supermarket with everything you need (expensive), butcher🥩and caffé🍦☕️ WE VERY APPRECIATED Mr. GIANNIS - very kind and helpful person who has welcomed us and prepared a bottle of greek wine🥂 & fruits 🍊as a welcome present (there were also greek honeys and some biscuits). He was there as a close contact if anything needed, fluently speaking English. THANK YOU, GIANNIS!!!

This is not a mistake of this villa🙏, but I have to mention it: there was a noice almost everyday from neighborhood villa, due to a whirlpool situated approx. 2 metres only from our outside sitting. So you hear everything what they talk about and the same they do…😩 The owner of that villa should settle rules for his guests (from-till what time it´s not allowed to use whirlpool) - especially in the night🫣

The villa was located right on the beachfront! Lovely views from the bedrooms and was great to have air conditioning throughout the house. Perfect for going to the beach and outside shower was useful. Many tavernas within walking distance and there was a butcher and small supermarket in the village. Great communication with Giannis, who showed us round when we arrived.

Shower on the middle floor was very small.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar - nur 50m vom Strand. Der Strand und das Wasser waren sauber. Trotz Urlaubssaison wenig Leute, was wir sehr genossen haben. Die Strasse vor dem Haus war kaum befahren. Der eigene Sonnenschirm und die Sonnenliege am Beach haben den Urlaub zusätzlich aufgewertet. Giannis, der Gastgeber, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl wir bei unserer Ankunft erst spät eintrafen, empfing er uns gut gelaunt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön für die Willkommensfrüchte :-). Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und die Air conditioners liefen einwandfrei.
