Main door deadbolts broken, and door handle mechanism has seen better days as you occasionally struggle to open it

Our units door was broken, so we were not able to lock it.. and it was a major struggle to open and close.
After a day out, we got back to the chalet where the gate and door was left open after the cleaners left.. with all our belongings inside. That was not okay.
The amenities are not up to par.
The braai facility is really unpleasant. All other units had a weber on their patio with seating.Our unit, you had to walk down steps and braai on the smallest little braai, that had no seating. So we just stood there. Really uncomfortable.
You live across the lagoon, next to a bridge and main road. So a bit far from town and noisy.
The tv didn't work for the first 2 days, then maintenance came to fix it.
The couch is very uncomfortable.
Not the most private place, but alas... it was just ok.
