About this villa rental
The panorama of Villa Andrea is truly enchanted from the Bay of Citara to the Church of the Soccorso and offers one of the most beautiful sights of the island of Ischia. The panorama is framed by a picturesque garden in which to indulge in a relaxing life.
The Villa enjoys a privileged panoramic position: a few minutes drive from the Citara beach and the Poseidon Gardens, renowned all over the world for their beneficial waters and thermal treatments in a natural environment.
Villa Andrea is located a few km from the center of Forio, where you can spend afternoons shopping or pleasant evenings in the many clubs and the renowned port of S. Angelo, the most exclusive place on the island, full of typical restaurants and music bars.
The Lighthouse of Punta Imperatore can be reached in a few minutes.
So Andrea is spacious, comfortable, with wifi and parking spaces.
It consists of a newly renovated central apartment and an annex. In the central apartment there are three bedrooms (two doubles and one with two single beds) and three bathrooms, kitchen and a large living room with fireplace overlooking the Bay of Citara.
In the annex there is a double bedroom with bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The Villa is very cool during the summer and in winter you can use the central heating.
It is possible to have a cook, a maid and a paid babysitter. On request we add a crib for small children.
Animals are welcome. The price includes the consumption of water, electricity, linen gas and final cleaning.

The property is as stunning as the photos. Mrs Angela was very warm and friendly, she took us to the property the first day and showed us how everything worked. The view of the sea from the large glass doors in the living room is spectacular. I woul highly recommend this house!

Thank you for a great stay. What we liked: the view is spectacular; the rooms are plentiful and the beds satisfactory; the location is quite good but be prepared to walk or take the car - get a small car - as the location is a bit remote - thus the view - you will need to drive or walk very far to get to centro except for Faro's bar just up the hill - Paolo and Angela run a good place five hundred feet from the property - but that is about all - Angela the property manager was extremely helpful, available and attentive; she even took care of the power going out for about one-half hour - came quickly, located the problem and got us up and running - the house is well equipped for the eight of us. the Casetta attached was a real bonus. The fact that it is on one floor is a plus; the patio is spacious with lemon tree and plenty of beautiful foilage - very private. Clean. Equipped. well-lighted. What we missed - internet - you can "steal" some from the neighboring properties sporadically - owner should consider getting wi-fi for the property; also, we as Homeaway. com owners supply more bath towels - even if they do not match - and at a nominal extra charge - say E20- paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. We would be willing to pay a little extra to have those at the house when we arrive.
We enjoyed all being on one floor. The roof view is great at sunset over the sea.
Another suggestion - stress to all guests, hire a small care - nothing midsized - the viale is tight and tricky but a lot of fun.
Thank you for a wonderful stay - we hated to leave.

The location is beautiful with a well maintained garden. the view is wonderful.
we had a great journey, Mrs. Angela received us, she has been lovely and provided useful informations. the house is absolutely comfortable. everything was clean and in order. an angle in the kitchen should require a painting but is fine. we think to come back for our next stay in Ischia and for sure we will recommend to our friends and relatives!

Coming from the perspective of a group of 10, the pictures give a vastly larger impression than the actual cabin is, and half the "cabin" in the overview pictures is a garage. The two twin beds are *inside* the two upstairs bedrooms, and pulling the trundles out shrinks the remaining floor space tremendously. Be prepared to only have one or two people walking in the smaller room at a time, because no more will fit when the trundle is being used. The trundles also don't come with sheets, and there is nowhere else to put them other than the room they're stored in. The upstairs bathroom's stool space and shower are very small, so if you bring any larger people with you, you'll need to send them downstairs to do their business or shower.
Something to also be aware of that isn't listed anywhere on the site and that is only emailed to you after they take the rest of your money is that you have to do your own cleanup when you leave, and you are not allowed to move any furniture. When they claim to sleep 10, they have the physical beds for it but then don't allow you to create space for those 10 people when everyone is awake. The living room is not friendly for talking to anyone in the kitchen, and we ended up not using it due to the size and couch placement except for the occasional person who wanted to read a book. The bathrooms and kitchen cupboards were well-stocked for a rental.
I would not stay at this place again due to all the memories of frustrations we had from this first trip, and I highly do NOT recommend it to anyone who might be lured in by the "sleeps 10" claim. If you are only a couple couples staying together, however, then this would probably make an excellent cabin.
It is worth noting that the hot tub is excellent. We have zero complaints about the hot tub.
