• Fast Internet.
• Large rooms.
• A good collection of books.
• Authentic mix of natural (for ex. bull howls) and industrial (for ex. angular grinding machine) sounds.
• Bathroom and toilet are too busy.
• Uncomfortable access to the kitchen.
• The absence of dustbins in the room and in the bathroom.
• It seems that nothing is done to prevent the yard from regular mosquitos attacks in the evening.
• Noise in the morning.
• An uncontrolled and angry dog right near the place.
• A little annoying puppy in the yard.
