Номер маленький, но имеется всё необходимое: чайник, микроволновка, кондиционер. Всё в отличном рабочем состоянии. В целом чистенько, сравнительно свежий ремонт. Есть убежище. Рынок «Привоз» и автовокзал - 15 минут пешком по дороге со съездами с бордюров - удобно, если вы с чемоданом.
Немного тесновато, вид из окна - в окна угрюмого здания, находящегося в паре метров. Не хватало какого-то приспособления (швабры?) для обсушки пола в санузле после принятия душа, и было бы здорово дополнить набор столовых приборов ножом.
