La Clef Dort

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat. Die Zimmer sind ein Traum. So schön eingerichtet und das Bett super bequem. Der Garten ist riesig und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben als Familie draußen noch einen Spieleabend gemacht. Sehr netter Gastgeber und das Frühstück ist völlig ausreichend. Überwiegend süßes Frühstücken aber so ist es halt in Frankreich. Kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

We booked a one-night stay at La Clef Dort on our way back to Cherbourg. We chose this accommodation based on previous very positive reviews, location and the price. We were very satisfied with our choice. Communications with Bruno, the host, were easy. He welcomed us on our arrival and showed us the room and facilities. The accommodation is located on the main road between Granville and Villedieu les Poeles. It is easy to locate but, as can be expected, there is some noise from passing traffic, especially if you need to have the window open in hot weather. However, there is a large, well appointed and quiet garden with plenty of places to sit, eat al fresco and relax. Our room was spotlessly clean and was decorated / furnished stylishly. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom / shower facilities were clean and functioned perfectly. There were tea and coffee-making facilities; biscuits and sweets had also been made available. Breakfast was traditional continental style: it was copious and included a variety of fresh pastries, jams, yoghurt, fruit, cheese and cereal, as well as coffee or tea. Thank you Bruno! We enjoyed our stay at La Clef Dort.

Notre chambre était située côté rue et malheureusement c'est une rue très passante...

Tout était parfait. L’environnement, chambre impeccable, l’accueil, petit-déjeuner copieux…. Je le recommande vivement.
