Our most welcoming stay in Jordan, with a lovely mother and son hosting. Very comfortable room, great location and the best breakfast experience. We liked our stay so much we cancelled another booking to stay again on our final night. We wished we had stayed here earlier in our trip as Madaba is the perfect base. Close to Amman airport, great location for day trips to Dead Sea, Wadi Mujib, Mount Nebo etc. Plus Edward also has a travel agency and his advice would have been so helpful at the beginning of our trip and saved us from the not so nice part of our trip like our Wadi rum experience. Finding a place like this to stay is pure gold and gives you the best and warmest experience of a country.

Tell Madaba exceeded our expectations. We were greeted kindly and happily and things were clearly explained to us. Parking was very easy and the entrance to the hotel was clean and nice. We got into our room and it was nice sized and had a great bed. We loved the bathroom too. We were shown the coffee/tea area and everything was explained to us. We also got recommendations for dinner, which were completely spot on. The owner was the one that showed us to the room and he spoke English well and was very friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of many things. Really, pretty much all of the tourist stuff. Also, within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Pretty much the perfect location. We slept well and woke up the next morning and had an amazing breakfast. So much local foods to try and they cooked eggs for us. We really enjoyed everything about this hotel. The family that owns it are all wonderful people. If we make it back, we will stay here again.

The hosts were so hospitable and considerate especially considering the uncertainty during our stay. They also have a great knowledge and recommendations for things to do around the area
