UHC Ventura Park Apartments

Children loved the pool, the apartment was clean upon arriving, we was on the top floor but the was access by lift. We did have stairs to the roof leading out from our balcony that was a plus, the air con was amazing something I definitely miss being back home, would definitely stay again.

We didn't have any hot water the entire stay it wasn't even the showering that was the issue as didn't mind the cool water but washing up was a little hassle had to boil kettle to clean but rarely ate there anyway luckily so didn't really do alot of washing up, I didn't complain though or ask to see if you can fix it so won't complain too much. The beds ain't that comfortable found myself struggling to get to sleep they are quite hard and having to pay for WiFi is a but silly would of thought that came with the price when booking

AC fungerade inte tills näst sista dagen. Och vi hyrde lägenheten i 12 dagar. Teknikern var där och lämnade ett håll vid ingången efter att ha fixat den. Inte så speciellt fint.

La residence est bien adapté aux famille l'appartement a 2 douche et toilette c'est super la piscine une merveille pour les enfants nous avons passé un bon séjour le personnel parle français et très a l'écoute en cas problème avec l'application Watsap ils sont très réactive Un grand merci a Madame SOGNA une Dame super sympa

De pas pouvoir profiter du balcon la journée pas de parasols

Résidence calme et propre et bien placée

Appartement non conforme à l’annonce ( mur abîmé,porte cassée,pas de climatisation,cuvette des toilettes pas fixé, lit pas confortable,canapé lit encore moins vraiment déçu
