Vraiment parfait ! L'emplacement très proche du centre, de la plage et du parc "port aventura". Lumineux, grande terrasse et 2 grandes chambres avec baies vitrées. Bien équipé.
Pas de VMC dans la salle de bain !

Gostei muito do condomínio. Enquanto tomava o pequeno almoço na varanda, reparava que o jardineiro estava todos os dias de manhã a limpar a piscina e o jardim. A casa tinha umas boas divisões. O ar condicionado e as ventoinha foram fundamentais. Nunca houve barulho, tudo com muito respeito. O horário estipulado para a piscina foi sempre respeitado.
A casa estava bem equipada mas com alguns remendos em alguns moveis e persianas,. Encontrei prateleiras partidas ou tiradas (não mexemos) Encontrei loiça suja e partida. Uma peça ou outra mas estava. O colchão da cama de casal não é muito confortável mas neste ponto vai depender muito de pessoa para pessoa.

El personal de la agencia es muy competente y resolutivo. Muy profesionales. Gran servicio al cliente. Apartamento bien equipado. Buena terraza. En general muy bien todo.
El baño algo "trotado". La piscina abre a partir de junio.
