Location of property is great. Close to restaurants. Easy drive to Mt Hotham. House is warm and comfortable. Toilet is separate from bathroom which is great.
The property could do with more attention to detail in regards to cleaning. The guest do most of the work make beds and place laundry ready for collection, take rubbish out etc. No major cleaning issues just attention to detail.

The bunk room was on the top floor. Not great for young kids
