The layout was awesome and fire wood chopped ready to go. We loved the out look and privacy of the property. We had bikes that could be stored under the deck easy just needed to bring your own lock.
We would have loved a bike lock. There is ski storage which is secure which caters for winter but not summer.

Everything! We are a family of 6 and it was a very homely, clean, presentable house, that felt like a home. The lovely touches like card games, twister, scrabble made it feel even more lovely. The beds were comfy and we loved having 2 bathrooms. It was a nice touch to read about the family in the red booklet on the table.
The heater also worked amazingly.
More plastic bags and ties and toilet paper.
The single bed in the triple bunk room was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on being a foam mattress.
A blind on the front door so that we could get out of our snow gear in the initial entry without being seen from outside (but we survived)
More dry kindling for our fires.
