Me encantó el personal de asistencia en recepción, muy amable, el único inconveniente fue la limpieza durante nuestra estancia, nunca recogieron basura de los botes de baño y el mantel del comedor sucio. No hicieron limpieza. La ubicación muy bien y el paisaje hermoso. El comedor, muy limpio y el personal muy amable el desayuno, delicioso.
Que no se haya hecho limpieza en la villa.

La vista del Lago y la cercanía con la naturaleza
La piscina está muy sucia, la regadera de la habitación no tenía agua caliente y el chorro era insuficiente para ducharse cómodamente. La habitación es tan caliente que ni con el puro ventilador de techo y las ventanas y puerta abiertas se refrescó. Pasamos pésima noche, pues no pudimos dormir ni descansar. Sería grandioso si hubiera A/C
