About this apartment rental
This vacation home in Karlshausen leaves nothing to be desired. It is bright and modernly furnished and there are many extras at your disposal, for example a garden house with barbecue and wood stove, a trampoline and a tiled stove, which provides a pleasant, extra source of heating. The wood for the stove is provided free of charge. One of the bedrooms has a walk-in closet. The well-maintained garden attracts with many seating and lounging options and a beautiful view. On request, the landlord will gladly set up a children's pool with slide in good weather. In the garage or hall there is a table tennis table, a swing and a dartboard. There is a water feature on the property, but the landlord can secure it for children upon prior request. Adjacent, the landlord has a farm with several horses. There you can get riding lessons, and you have the possibility to bring your own horse on request and for a fee. Accommodation of your own horse costs from EUR 15/day, and riding lessons start at EUR 15/hour in a group and at EUR 30/single lesson. There are usually two ponies grazing on the meadow opposite the house. You can get your fresh bread rolls across the street in the small supermarket. Karlshausen is a community in the Eifel in Rhineland-Palatinate and belongs to the association municipality Südeifel. In the nature reserve Irsental you can hike very nicely, and near Arzfeld (8 km) there is a bicycle path, paved almost everywhere, along a former railroad line with connections to St. Vith, Prüm, Neuerburg, Irrel, etc. Arzfeld also attracts with a small lake. Swimming pools can be found in Neuerburg and Prüm.

Wir haben eine ereignisreiche Woche in der Südeifel verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und haben viele Tipps zur Erkundung der Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der herrliche Garten mit vielen Spielgeräten und der freundliche Hund der Vermieter waren ein Highlight für die Kinder.
