The reception staff.
The peace and quiet.
The cleanliness.

We arrived late and were able to easily access our room and we left our suitcases at reception to pick them up later.

The only thing I really liked was the location. It's actually more than perfect.
But everything else was not super great. First of all, the room had no window, I had to ask for a chair, cos it had no chair as well. It was super tiny and dark.
