No good hotel for the money we stayed.

Location was nice.

Staff at check in and check out wasn’t friendly. Room was not a 4s Hotel Standard - more like a 3 star hotel. Really not worth the money. Rooms were probably like 30 years old. Mattresses were super old and sagging in the middle. Bed linen and sheets were old, bathrooms old.

Das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Ess- und Aufenthaltsrüme sind sehr schön und angenehm zum Verweilen. Es sind vele Wellness-Angebote vorhanden. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Das Zimmer war etwas dunkel und in der Suite wie auch im Badezimmer war es etwas zu kühl. Die Garage müsste unbedingt mit der Zimmerkarte von aussen geöffnet werden können. Am Buffet wäre es sinnvoll, die Salatsaucen und beim Frühstücksbuffet die verschiedenen Joghurt zu beschriften.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals lies zu wünschen übrig. Lediglich die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr sehr nett. Das Essen war leider auch nicht nach unserem Geschmack.

Die Zimmerausstattung ist super (WellnessSuite mit Infrarotkabine). Frühstück, Mittagsjause und Abendessen sehr lecker, gute Auswahl. Personal in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Unterkunft Lage war sehr gut. Hotel Einrichtung und Wellnessbereich sehr schön.

Service in der Sauna: Handtücher waren nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Getränke wurden nicht regelmäßig nachgefüllt. Frühstück und Abendessen war eher unterdurchschnittlich.

Feines Essen Frühstüvk und Nachtessen. Hauptgang kann aus 3 ausgewählt werden. Spa mit diversen Saunen, Dampfbad und Infrarotkabinen.

Das man beim Nachtessen nicht gemütlich dort Sitzen bleiben kann. Sondern Raum wechseln muss. Bar nicht immer Personal dort am Abend. Schade das die Gastgeber sich nicht bei den Gästen an den Tischen zeigten und kurz Featback einholten.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub

Nettes, feines, kleines Hotel. Tolle Zimmer (wir haben sogar ein Upgrade auf eine Juniorsuite bekommen). Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung im ganzen Hotel. Toller Spa Bereich, etwas klein vom Platzher aber mit 3 Saunen, 2 Dampfbädern und einer Infrarotssauna top ausgestattet. Der Pool ist klein aber dafür herrlich warm beheizt. Beim Frühstück gabs alles was man braucht (aber auch nicht außergewöhnliches). Das Abendessen war gut und lecker aber auch hier nichts aussergewöhnliches. Es gab 4 Gänge, immer Suppe und Salat vom Buffet, 3 Hauptgerichte zur Auswahl und ein Dessert. Das Personal war stets freundlich. Ab 3 Übernachtungen gibt es die Gästekarte mit der man die Bergbahnen umsonst nutzen kann. Die Uga Bahn zur Mittagspitze ist 500 Meter entfernt Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir hatten einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub.

Das Personal sollte etwas mehr schauen wenn die Gläser leer sind. Wir mussten uns den Wein oft selbst nachschenken. Dann würde man vll auch mehr bestellen. Und mehr Abwechslung bei den Suppen. Bei uns gab es 3 Tage lang eine Brühe mit Einlage. Vll zwischendurch mal eine gebundene Suppe oder eine kleine Vorspeise. Natürlich viel Osteuropäisches Personal (mit Sprachbarrieren) das überall eingesetzt wird. Morgens Zimmermädchen abends Kellnerin. Aber das fanden wir nicht störend. Ist halt nunmal so in der Gastro. Es waren alle sehr freundlich.

Ein kulinarisches Highlight mit großartigem Service

Das Abendessen war ein absolutes Highlight – ein exquisites 6-Gänge-Menü, das keine Wünsche offenließ. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar nicht riesig, überzeugte dafür mit Qualität und Geschmack. Es war alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die hervorragende Rücksichtnahme auf glutenfreie Ernährung: Ohne Nachfragen oder Erinnerungen stand bereits alles am Frühstückstisch bereit, und auch beim Abendmenü wurde dies selbstverständlich und auf höchstem Niveau berücksichtigt. Nicht zuletzt hat das überaus freundliche und aufmerksame Servicepersonal unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet – man fühlte sich jederzeit willkommen und bestens betreut.

Tolles Ambiente

Wir haben kurzfristig im Februar für drei Nächte ein gemütlichen kleines Doppelzimmer gebucht. Klar wäre ein größeres Zimmer und vorallem größeres Bad schöner gewesen aber dann halt auch entsprechend teurer. Die vielen negativen Bewertungen, was den Service angeht, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Während unseres Aufenthalts war der Service vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Abendessen fand ich, der ich ziemlich anspruchsvoll bin, gut bis sehr gut. Auch beim Frühstück habe ich nichts vermisst. Die Bar ist gut sortiert und gemütlich zum Sitzen.

Der Welnessbereich ist klein aber fein. Was dort am meisten fehlt ist die Möglichkeit an die frische Luft zu gehen. Der Aufstieg vom Hotel zur Piste kann je nach Schneebeschaffenheit etwas beschwerlich sein. Für uns war es machbar.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet! Frisch, abwechslungsreich und liebevoll angerichtet. Besonders die Abendmenüs waren ein echtes Highlight. Auch das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen. Eine grosse Auswahl, qualitativ hochwertige Produkte und alles sehr ansprechend präsentiert. Unser Zimmer war gemütlich, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Auch der Wellnessbereich war top. Modern, gepflegt und ideal zum Entspannen nach einem aktiven Tag. Ein grosses Lob geht an das gesamte Team. Die Bedienung war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Auch der Hotelinhaber war sehr herzlich, offen und auskunftsfreudig. Man hat gespürt, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Für uns hat wirklich alles bestens gepasst – wir kommen gerne wieder!
